* No cancellation will be made for confirmed bookings ¡V with the exception of flight cancellation due to adverse weather conditions or unforeseen maintenance & mechanical works as advised by Heliservices. In the event of such cancellation, guests will be notified by no later than 12:15 pm on departure date. Rescheduling or full refund can be arranged at guest¡¦s discretion.
* Dress code: Smart Casual, no shorts / flip-flops / beach sandals / plastic footwear. Full length trousers and shirts with sleeves are required for gentlemen.
* Weight surcharge may be applied for any passenger weighing over 90kg.
* Children aged below 2 who do not occupy a flight seat and consume a meal will be free of charge.
* Woman with more than 6 months of pregnancy will be declined on board. For woman with less than 6 months of pregnancy, it is advised that she should get advice from her physician before embarking on a helicopter ride.
* Flight seating will be assigned by the pilot on the tour day, with reference to the weight of individual passenger.
* Tour participants are strongly advised to arrive at the assembling place on time as no replacement flight or partial refund will be made to latecomers who miss the flight.
